Forty Nine Canfield AP Scholars Recognized by College Board

When the College Board released the scores from the 2020 Advanced Placement Exam, 49 Canfield students were recognized. Canfield High School is proud to announce that we had 25 AP Scholars, 12 AP Scholars with Distinction, 11 AP Scholars with Honor, and one National AP Scholar. Congratulations to the following students for their achievements.

The AP Scholar is granted to students who receive scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP Exams:

AP Scholars with Distinction is granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams:

National AP Scholar is granted to students in the United States who receive an average score of at least 4 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 4 or higher on eight or more of these exams.

Advanced Placement courses give students the chance to tackle college-level work while still in high school and earn college credit and placement. Canfield High School offers 13 Advanced Placement classes.
